The last few days have been so crazy! Those days where bad things happen to you over and over again, like you had been under a spell or something. It´s easy to give up and quit but I just try to look at the bright side. The other day I found this beautiful cleanse prayer:
I cleanse myself of all selfishness, resentment, critical feelings for my fellow beings, self-condemnation, and misinterpretation of my life experiences. I bathe myself in generosity, appreciation, praise and gratitude for my fellow beings, self-acceptance, and enlightened understanding of my life experiences.

Los últimos días han sido una locura! Esos días en que las cosas malas te suceden una y otra vez, como si estuvieras bajo un hechizo o algo así. Es muy fácil rendirse y dejar todo pero yo sólo trato de ver el lado positivo. El otro día me encontré con esta hermosa oración limpieza:
Yo me limpio de todo egoísmo, el resentimiento, los sentimientos críticos para mis semejantes, auto-condenación, y la mala interpretación de mis experiencias de vida. Me baño a mí mismo en la generosidad, agradecimiento, alabanza y gratitud por mis semejantes, auto-aceptación y comprensión ilustrada de mis experiencias de vida.
