A Sprinkle of Glitter

We all have good days and bad days... How many times have we heard the phrase ¨It is only in sorrow bad weather masters us; in joy we face the storm and defy it.¨ and no matter much we try we can't change the way we feel. 

I know that is really hard to find the bright side of things because we are all human beings and we can´t always control our emotions, but often are other humans who help us to smile and find light in the darkness. 

Those amazing humans for me are like glitter, lovely sparkles that accompany us both in good and bad times and definitely they are worth gold! So tell them how much you appreciate and love them, but the most important is to never let them go. 

Todos tenemos días buenos y días malos... Cuantas veces hemos escuchado la frase ¨ al mal tiempo buena cara ¨ y por más que lo intentemos no podemos cambiar la forma en la que nos sentimos. 

Yo sé que muchas veces es difícil encontrarle el lado bueno a las cosas porque todos somos seres humanos y no siempre podemos controlar nuestras emociones, pero muchas veces son otros humanos los que nos ayudan a sonreír y a encontrar luz en la oscuridad. 

Esos seres humanos increíbles para mi son como el glitter, unos lindos destellos que nos acompañan tanto en los buenos momentos como en los difíciles y definitivamente valen oro! Así que dile cuanto los aprecias y los quieres, pero sobretodo nunca los dejes ir.
